Any action which is practiced mainly by psychological methods with the aim of evoking a planned psychological reaction in other people. It is illegal for the military to conduct such on domestic audience but 100% legal for the media? Time magazine came out and told us about this boldly. I know I talk about this often but this is my problem with right wing media, why were they quiet about this? But the point is, this is exactly what they did, they want people to know they did. How the fuck is this legal for some but not for others? This should be illegal across the board...
