Ban on Stealthing- Thoughts?

My lovely state 🙄is now the first to ban stealthing.

I feel like this can and will lead to more feminists drama/false accusations.

If the "victim" ends up with health issues and can blame it on that, it can lead to a battery charge.

I understand, that some people do sneaky shit and there are some fucked up ppl out there.

Reason why you should know the person you are screwing a bit better....

Just sounds like more gov in your business than they should be

Any thoughts?
